How It Works
- Faculty candidates can submit their materials to the Massachusetts Business School Collaborative by sending an email to resume@thinkmassachusetts.org. This will circulate the materials to all BSC schools.
- When candidates who interview for a faculty position at a BSC school do not meet current needs of that school, their materials will be referred to other BSC schools and later to a larger pool (25+) of all colleges and universities that are members of Commonwealth Compact.
- Candidates who are currently students approaching graduation from BSC schools can request that their resumes be circulated to other BSC schools and then to additional Commonwealth Compact schools.
- When a member of the Collaborative is ready to make an offer to a minority faculty candidate whose spouse or partner is also seeking a position locally, the other BSC schools will actively consider the spouse or partner for a position on their campuses.
